Arana Library facilities for people with a disability

The Arana Library provides a range of assistive technology resources and facilities to assist people with a disability.

Assistive Technology includes:
OpenBook
Connect Outloud
MAGic

These help people to search the Library catalogue and the Internet read documents and hear words as they are typed.

Resources and facilities include:

Wheelchair access
Accessible facilities
Accessiblity Options on PCs
Trackball mouse
Large print keyboards
Audio Books on CD or cassette
Captioned videos and DVDs
Large print books
Magnifier lenses and sheets
AUSLAN sign language books/ videos

Some facilities are not available at all libraries in the Moreton Bay Regional Council so we need to check which are at Arana Library.
Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown they are still usable.
