Correction: In the February 2012 article the name of the Ferny Hills Park has a spelling error. Maureen LAWRANCE is the correct name of the Park which was created 20 July 1981. Mrs Lawrance was the first Life Member of Ferny Hills Progress Association having given continuous service in many capacities since the reformation of that Association in 1969.

This would be a delightful park and place to spend time during the day but it seems as if there is careful planning to ensure that access to water and toilets is not provided. This limits the use of the park.
