With his potential to become a future State Premier watching how Campbell Newman performs under pressure has merit.
Some commentators in The Courier Mail this week reported:
‘The political problem is not that Newman has been shown to have done anything wrong but that he has appeared unwilling to be open and accountable. Comment or confirmation on every detail has been extracted painstakingly and grudgingly accompanied with an intemperate outburst against the media or Labor.’
He reminded me of someone who is an expert in the strategy of ‘when they are getting to close to something you have done wrong attack them hard in fact accuse them of doing exactly what you have done.’
