The new national school curriculum is coming in for a lot of flak from a coalition of 13 peak education bodies saying that it lacks a rationale and is unclear in its aims and that development time is ‘unreasonably short’.
What I wonder is how well it focuses on the skills our young people will need for a world in which carbon and oil supply make a critical difference to the lives they will need.
