Moreton Bay Region Libraries highly values its volunteers.
Volunteers can gain great satisfaction in assisting library staff to deliver many of the services offered by the Library.
Opportunities exist for many interests and some of these are highlighted below:

Library volunteers – assist with the many duties associated with every day work in the library.
Housebound volunteers – select and deliver library materials to the housebound patron’s home usually on a monthly basis.
Local studies volunteers – assist the Local Studies Librarian with various activities associated in maintaining the Local Studies Collection.
Friends of the Library – support and promote the Arana Library assisting with activities events and special programs.

For further information ask the staff at the Arana Library.
