Went to an excellent workshop on population at Graceville.
The process (after a shared lunch & social time) was we were each given 3 articles (all different) on aspects of population then we all went away to find a comfy chair to read quietly for half an hour.
Then we came back together and each person gave a 5 minute report on the theme of the articles they had been reading.
At the end we each got a copy of all the articles.
Excellent process and we learned and shared a lot of quality information & discussion.
My articles to read were on ageing and population dismissing the argument that ageing is a problem for populations.
If anyone would like to be part of a discussion like this let me know and I’m only too happy to organise it. Probably need at least 3 people.
