MBRC’s community consultation period for the first group
of draft laws ended on 5th Dec 2010 & some amendments & clarifications followed. The next step is that they go
to the Qld Government for approval & gazettal.
It is anticipated the first set of new unified Moreton Bay Regional Council local laws may become law around
May or June 2011.
