Arana View Club has a program of activities during the month between meetings.
  • Each luncheon meeting has a guest speaker or theme.

  • Providing food hampers food vouchers food to some local schools for breakfasts/lunches furniture & clothing vouchers budgeting advice support for families to meet the costs of getting children to school support in tough times
  • The Grovely Conference has a van which is used for collecting bulk food from places like Foodbank Morningside and for distributing food hampers to local homes.
  • Raise funds through the monthly St William’s Craft Markets Christmas Appeal at St Williams Vinnies in Verse bush poetry afternoons at the Daley Centre every 2nd month (Noel Stallard) donations of food free dress days at St Williams and St Andrews Catholic Schools
  • The Grovely Conference is helping many local families and is a major successful social justice program in this local area involving a team of over 20 volunteers. The major programs are well established and have been operating for years now.
  • IGA Brookside and Vince & Charlies Fruit Market in Ferny Hills cooperate with the St Vincent de Paul Grovely Conference by accepting their food vouchers.

  • Meets monthly in the Library at St Williams (7:30pm 3rd Wednesday)
  • Discusses and plans around a range of social justice issues both local & wider
  • Providing support to children of some refugee families locally
  • Organising interfaith group to give support for families of prisoners and prisoners on release to reestablish themselves in the community
  • Supporting local Aboriginal activities such as the annual Sorry Day breakfast at Kuralba Park
