I think it’s almost inevitable they will rise as long as we rely on fossil fuels. But I think we’ve been conditioned to think we need electricity. 100 years ago people functioned more in tune with daylight hours and entertainment was of the non-digital variety eg. singing dancing etc. I don’t think it’s a bad thing if rising electricity prices forces us back to a basic lifestyle. But what will we do with our computers?
