Figures just out show a remarkable drop in Queensland road deaths during the last year (from 331 in 2009 to 250 this year a drop of 24%.
This is directly attributable to us all driving a lot slower and paying strict attention to speed limits. There has been a big drop in the number of people booked for speeding offences as we are learning that if we speed we will get fined.
