Purpose and Scope:
The aim of the QR Passenger’s Community Reference Group (CRG) program is to provide a forum for community consultation and information gathering for all relebant sections of QR Passenger. CRG membership will be based on principles of cross-sectional representation t oensure the full spectrum of community concerns and interests are included balanced from a social economic and environmental perspective. CRGs will aim to include regular and irregular users of QR Passenger’s Citytrain services.
Role of the CRG:
The CRG will function as a reference body for QR Passenger its customers and the community. Specifically its role is to :
a. identify and communicate customer concerns and ideas to QR Passener relating to all issues; and
b. act as a conduit to the local community by communicating information about current and future services and outcomes arising from the CRG.
