Of course there is always Freedom of Information which some determined people try seeking information.
Which involves a lot of form filling in cost then delays and probably much blanked out when you get it anyway.
Why bother? If they don’t want you to know they won’t tell you one way or another.
Makes you realise why Wikileaks has evolved.
