Biography
* Peter Dutton has been the member for Dickson since 2001.
* He is the Shadow Minister for Health and Ageing.
* Having graduated from the Queensland Police Academy in 1990 he was a police officer until his resignation in 1999.
* He also holds a Bachelor of Business degree.
* Coming from what he describes as a ‘small business family’ he worked full-time managing the family business prior to entering Federal Parliament.
* His Ministerial posts have included being the Minister for Workforce Participation and the Assistant Treasurer.
* He is married to Kirilly and they have three children.
