In the Federal Government we are governed by the House of Representatives and the Senate.

The Grove falls within two Federal electoral divisions for the House of Representatives and there is one Member for each electoral division.

The division is located north of the Brisbane River from Auchenflower in the east to Kholo in the west and north to Keperra and Ferny Grove and the boundary of the City of Brisbane in the north and west.
