Please note that this months green drinks has been cancelled but we look forward to seeing you in December.          

Zanettis (renamed the Taverna) is not available on the 11th of November for Green Drinks. Unfortunately we need to cancel this month.

In December Wally Wight will discuss Peak Oil and the affect on the SE Transport Plan.

Event: Enoggera Transition – Green Drinks
Location: The Taverna (Zanettis) Blackwood Street Mitchelton.  
Time: December 9 2011 from 5:30pm to 8pm

Get together & Ferny Grove Festival planning

This e-newsletter is being sent out to all members of Transition The Grove.

All members are invited to come along to the Ferny Grove State High School Resource Centre for a Transition The Grove General Meeting on Thursday 29th March at 7:30pm.

The format for the evening will be ‘Discussion Cafe’ style with a chance for the different subgroups to meet and work together.

Focus questions for the evening:

  • How can we showcase our subgroup’s theme for Transition Towns in our community (activities displays talking with people) at the Transition The Grove marquee for the Ferny Grove Festival?
  • What skills do I have that I can contribute preparing for the event or on the day?

[The Ferny Grove Festival is on 28th April at the Ferny Grove State School in the afternoon.]

Light refreshments provided.

A gold coin donation welcome. Transition The Grove t-shirts available for sale or order $20. Badges for sale $2
