Welcome New Member – Kirsten Mackenzie

Transition The Grove Banner
To view this message on-line please {readonline}Click here.{/readonline}.

Dear {usertag:name}

This e-Newsletter is going to members of the Food & Gardening Recreation Health Business & Finance Environment and Water Subgroups.

Welcome new member Kirsten Mackenzie to Transition The Grove and these Subgroups. Kirsten has a local business and links with local associations/school or church.

Subgroups are for you to get actively involved and to meet others who share your interest enough to want to work together to make a difference locally. None of us have the time or energy to get involved too broadly so we encourage you to limit the number of Subgroups to those you are genuinely willing and able to take part in and turn up to meet others and be part of planning for local resilience and the future together.

Remember the Ferny Grove Festival on 28th April from noon onwards. Transition The Grove will be there. Come along and say hello. Take part. It is an opportunity for you to meet and talk with local people about subjects of local interest. The first and most important step is to start to get to recognise a few faces and know a few names. Swap contact details.

Belonging locally starts with all of us.

Cheers

Anne Tennock
