From rehabilitation to weight loss to running events: 5km to marathons and more. There business is called Ferny Grove Fitness and Massage.
Hopefully we will look forward to catching up with them at the Healthy Lifestyles Expo on 16th June at The Hills District PCYC (10am-2pm). We have quite a few of our members participating. It should be a good event.
