OK so the tape measure has been a shock to discover my waist measurement so I’ve gone straight and spend 10 minutes exercising then cooked a lots of vegetables lunch:
6-Vegetable Omlette
Green beans (handful per person)
Tomato (1/2 per person)
Pawpaw slightly green peeled (1/2 per person)
Carrot diced (1 each)
Brussel sprouts (3 each)
Celery diced (1 stick each)
Capsicum diced (1/2 each)
Eggs beaten with fork (2 each)
1 slice ham each diced
1 dessertspoon olive oil
Sweet chilli sauce
Steam veges & ham together.
Tip into lightly oiled frypan and pour over beaten egg. Cover with lid and finish cooking until egg is set. Dish up and flavour with some sweet chilli sauce.
