Modern technology has great benefits for going to the dentist for some full-on dental work. Take headphones and plug in the ipad or whatever you use to store music tracks and bliss out while the dentist does their job.
Afterwards treat yourself to chocolates or an icecream. Going to the dentist isn’t the easiest thing to do and you’ve earned it.
You can even take a loved one along with you to hold your hand during the procedure if its going to be a real tough job (extraction root canals). You don’t have to go through it all alone.
