I don’t have a problem with the proposed $100 cost of this project. It seems to me to have the potential to provide valuable experience learning and exposure that would be well worth $100 compared to spending the same amount on advertising which would probably produce nothing.
It will take considerable effort to do all the actions described in Anne’s proposal. There are not many members in the Water Group so I think there needs to be some discussion about who will undertake particular tasks.
