Meeting at Central Station yesterday 5:30 – 8:00pm for a presentation on ‘Traincrew Services’ then the group reviewed the customer service document that QLD Rail will release soon then we were shown the operations centre where two men were calling out the station announcements for Brunswick St Central & Roma St stations. Most interesting.
