Christmas shoe-boxes are another tradition through local churches. This is part of a global Christian program that fills a shoe-box with a set of items for a child. The list is well-set-out by the Christmas Shoebox coordinators. There is a girl’s list and a boy’s list. The boxes are wrapped. They are collected at the local church then delivered to a central location then sent to children in countries in places like Africa.
