Modern digital technology is incredibly reliable so it rarely ‘breaks’ but, with so much technology packed into such a small space, it needs special skills and tools just to open it up just to replace a battery that is failing. It also needs someone with advanced knowledge to upgrade the operating system or teach how to use new functions. Our volunteer IT fixers just love to help.
