This e-newsletter is being sent to all members of Transition The Grove Inc.
The Annual General Meeting of Transition The Grove Inc will be held on Sunday 30th September 2012 at Lomandra Picnic Area Ferny Hills (off Samford Rd) at 12 noon.
AGM to be followed by a picnic lunch together.
RSVP to John at administrator@transitionthegrove.org.au by 20th September if you want to be included for catering purposes in the picnic lunch. Nibbles salads rolls and drinks provided.
BYO meat to BBQ.
Nominations are hereby called for positions on the Management Committee – which consists of President Secretary Treasurer Subgroup Organiser Website Coordinator and other Committee members up to a total Management Committee of ten.
Any 2 members (one of whom can be the candidate) of the association may nominate a member to serve on the Management Committee. Nominations must be received by the Secretary at least 14 days before the AGM.
