BCC has granted preliminary approval to Brookfield Multiplex for a residential development at Wagners Quarry site behind Great Western Super Centre close to Keperra Sanctuary Retirement Village. One of the approval conditions is for a new intersection with traffic lights to be built where the development links to Samford Rd.
