We’ve noticed several public toilet facilities that seem to be kept padlocked and barred.
Does anyone know why? They seem to be a needed facility that would be much better open and accessible for use.
The two we’ve noticed are:
Wahminda Park at the tennis courts.
Leslie Patrick Park below the Hills Community Centre.
Both of these are adjacent to a park with BBQ facilities and playgrounds.
