The [url=http://www.fairtrading.qld.gov.au]Office of Fair Trading[/url] takes breaches of the door-to-door provisions very seriously and will take the initiative to enforce actions against traders for breaches.
Under the Fair Trading Act 1989 door-to-door salespeople must:

Only contact customers between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday
Calls on Sundays or public holidays are prohibited.[/ul]
