Pink-tongued Lizard or Skink – reasonably common in backyards. Sharp claws. Closely related to Blue Tongues. Have a semi-prehensile tail that can be used like a possum. Nocturnal. Find under litter. Love snails. Have babies live. Baby Pink-Tongues have blue tongues which change to pink as they grow up. Also eat fruit. Quite secretive. Smooth shiny soft skin.
