Engineers Without Borders Film Screening for Reconciliation Week

This year the South East Queensland Chapter of Engineers Without Borders will be celebrating National Reconciliation Week (27 May – 3 June) with a special screening of Liyarn Ngarn.
Liyarn Ngarn is a compelling documentary which aims to change people’s perception and attitude to Indigenous people and to assist with the process of true and lasting reconciliation. It features Yawuru leader Patrick Dodson (former Chairman of the Council for Aboriginal Reconciliation and 2008 Sydney Peace Prize winner) the late great character actor Pete Postlethwaite (In the Name of the Father) and respected songman Archie Roach.
