Beyond Zero Carbon’s proposal would cut the emissions intensity to zero in a decade using currently available off-the-shelf technology. It is only one proposal using solar and wind technology but it shows that it is entirely possible. Other approaches could work too. Some might be cheaper per tonne of carbon emissions reduced. We need to talk about it!
